To register and maintain an active account at 774pud, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

Accounts belonging to individuals under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the verified payment source.
774pud is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your specific location before registering. 774pud does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law. We may restrict or close accounts if we determine that a member is located in a restricted jurisdiction.
You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law. If you are subject to a court order or guardianship arrangement that limits your capacity to enter contracts, you are not eligible to register at 774pud.
Individuals who have requested self-exclusion from 774pud or from other gaming operators via a shared exclusion registry must not attempt to register a new account. If a self-excluded individual successfully creates an account, 774pud will close that account upon discovery and return the balance after deducting any bonuses credited.
Age Verification: 774pud may request a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS/GSIS ID) to verify your age and identity at any point. Accounts under review will have deposit and withdrawal functions suspended until verification is complete.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account at 774pud. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or through other members of your household using the same device or network — is a violation of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended, and any bonus funds or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must keep this information up to date. 774pud is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the member.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by a third party with or without your knowledge — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 774pud support immediately.
774pud operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. We may request supporting documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and verification of your payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Providing false or misleading documents is grounds for immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
774pud accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount at 774pud is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account verification status. Deposit limits can be adjusted through Account Settings or by contacting customer support.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of request submission during operational hours. InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers settle within 1–2 banking hours. Visa/Mastercard card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on your issuing bank. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of operational hours are processed on the next available processing cycle.
All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name that matches your verified 774pud identity. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 774pud reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
All transactions at 774pud are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). There are no currency conversion fees for Philippine payment methods. International card payments may be subject to conversion fees charged by your card issuer — 774pud is not responsible for those fees.
Important: 774pud will never deduct fees from your withdrawals on our end. If your GCash or bank account shows a lower amount than what you withdrew, the difference is a fee charged by your payment provider, not by 774pud.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 774pud are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are published on each individual promotion page. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier and eligible games or markets for each bonus are stated on the relevant promotion page at 774pud. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being removed from your account, with only the original deposit amount eligible for withdrawal.
774pud monitors all bonus claims for abuse patterns including but not limited to: claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts, using bonus funds only on low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements while minimizing actual risk, coordinating bonus abuse with other members, and creating accounts specifically to claim welcome bonuses without genuine intent to use the platform. Accounts found to be abusing the bonus system will be closed and bonuses forfeited.
The 774pud Refer a Friend program is subject to its own specific terms available on the Refer a Friend page. Key conditions include: the referred friend must register through your unique referral link; the referred friend must make a qualifying first deposit of ₱200 or more within 30 days of registration; self-referrals and referrals of existing members are not eligible; and 774pud reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
All bonuses issued at 774pud are subject to expiry periods stated on the relevant promotion page. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds that expire are automatically removed from your account without notice. It is your responsibility to check the expiry date of any bonus credited to your account.
All bets placed at 774pud are subject to acceptance by the platform. 774pud reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until a bet confirmation reference number is issued. In the event of technical issues during bet placement, 774pud's records will be the authoritative source of truth for whether a bet was accepted.
Bets are settled based on official results as confirmed by the relevant organizing body for each sport or game. For Sabong, official FightCard results are used. For boxing matches, the official result as declared at the venue is final. For esports, official results published by the tournament organizer are used. For casino games and slots, the RNG outcome as recorded in 774pud's system is final. Errors in settlement will be corrected when discovered, even after initial payment.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed in the betting interface at 774pud. Maximum stake limits may vary by market, event, and member account status. 774pud reserves the right to reduce the maximum stake available to any member account at any time, including for members identified as consistently winning.
If a sporting event, match, or esports tournament is cancelled before it begins, all pre-event bets are voided and stakes refunded in full. For live/in-play bets placed before a cancellation, settlement depends on how much of the event was completed. Specific rules for each game type are available from our support team.
774pud reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or on markets that were published in error due to technical issues, data feed errors, or human mistakes. Examples include odds that are significantly different from fair market value, or markets listed for non-existent events. Where possible, 774pud will notify affected members. Full stake refunds will be issued for all voided bets.
The following activities are strictly prohibited at 774pud and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
774pud reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time with or without prior notice for the following reasons:
Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., inactivity or regulatory changes), any genuine funds remaining in the account after the deduction of applicable bonuses will be refunded to the member's verified payment method. Where closure is due to a Terms violation, funds may be withheld pending investigation.
Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support at support@774pud.net or via live chat. Voluntary closures will be processed within 5 business days and account balances will be refunded subject to completed KYC verification.
All content on the 774pud platform — including but not limited to the 774pud brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 774pud or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 774pud platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit:

When material changes are made, we will notify active members via the email address registered to their account and via an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by regulatory or legal obligation.
Your continued use of 774pud after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw your remaining balance.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute between you and 774pud arising from these Terms or from your use of the platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to formal mediation under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004. If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For betting-specific disputes — including claims about bet settlement, match results, or bonus calculations — 774pud's recorded system data and official third-party results shall be the primary reference for determining the outcome of the dispute.
